Sponsorship Benefits
As a partner or sponsor of EuroSkills Herning 2025, you gain a number of attractive benefits – especially in terms of visibility both before and during the event.
You will have the opportunity for logo exposure on both printed and digital materials, as well as access to a physical booth in September, where you can share your story and meet the many visitors face-to-face.
In addition, you will have the right to use the EuroSkills Herning 2025 partner logo in your own marketing.
A special exposure opportunity is the right to name a selected exhibition hall or competition area. This means your name will appear in all guides and wayfinding materials – both digitally and in print.
Upcoming Networking Meetings
Leading up to EuroSkills Herning 2025, we invite our partners and sponsors to a series of networking meetings across the country.
These meetings offer a great opportunity to meet selected members of the EuroSkills 2025 Secretariat, gain insight into the plans for the event, and – not least – strengthen relationships within the strong network of dedicated partners and sponsors behind EuroSkills Herning 2025.

Folkemødet 2025:
Thursday, 12 June from 10:00 – 12:00 at the ‘Da Vinci Bridge’ (open event)

VIP Tours and Room Rentals
During EuroSkills Herning 2025, we have access to a selection of meeting and conference rooms, as well as balcony suites inside Jyske Bank Boxen, which are managed by the EuroSkills 2025 Secretariat.

Programme for EuroSkills Herning 2025
Here is the overall program for EuroSkills Herning 2025, giving you an overview of what will take place during the days of the event. You can see when the competitions are held, as well as the dates for the opening and closing ceremonies. Below are the events specifically aimed at partners and sponsors. Ticket sales for the opening and closing ceremonies begin in mid June – see more here.
- The VIP Lounge for partners and sponsors will be open from 10–12 September.
- The VIP Reception will take place on 11 September from 16:00–18:00.
- Silent Stage with subject-relevant presentations – program currently under development.
Are you planning to – or have you already – rented a booth for EuroSkills Herning 2025?
As a partner or sponsor, you have the opportunity to rent a booth at MCH Messecenter Herning. This can be a great way to have a presence during the event and be a physical part of the largest educational event ever held in Denmark.
